About this Event
A good walk can do wonders for your physical and mental well-being. Being active has a whole range of benefits when it comes to your health. It improves self-perception and self-esteem, mood and sleep quality; and reduces stress, anxiety and fatigue. In recent times, there has never been a bigger need to invest in your personal well-being, get out onto beautiful countryside and help others who are really in need.
A Challenge The Wild Well-being Walk will provide participants with the opportunity to improve their physical and mental well-being. They will be able to focus on themselves and develop resilience, share inner thoughts and feedback with others, and be rewarded for a job well done. Together, we will improve the well-being and confidence of participants; as well as build team spirit and provide a positive focus for all.

Due to Covid, we operate a strict 1 instructor to 5 participant ratio. We have had to adapt and have put in place measures with Covid in mind. As a responsible company, we feel this is the correct approach to take; but have worked hard behind the scenes to ensure that our events are just as enjoyable.
Please note that we can deliver our Well-being walks in Tier 3. Should we not be able to deliver due to restrictions, additional date options will be made available and your place transferred.
The price you pay covers the cost of an instructor. Instructors are full qualified walk leaders and coaches. The price also includes Insurance and workshops with follow up material.
Please note that we normally operate a 1 instructor to 10 participant ratio but have had to adapt due to the current situation.
Anything raised will make a difference to the lives of these vulnerable young adults. i2gether would though like you to set a personal target of £100.
